Credits and billing

Each plan has a monthly credit allowance. Only successful lookups use it.

• Each CPF or CNPJ found uses 1 credit. Errors and documents not found use none.
• The CPF dossier uses 100 credits, only when it completes with every source answering. Failed dossiers use none.
• The allowance renews every 30-day cycle and does not roll over: what is left expires. Add-on credits, when you have them, never expire and are used after the allowance.
• On Pro and Corporate plans, overage is on by default: the API keeps answering after the allowance runs out, and each extra lookup is billed at the plan price (Pro 200: R$ 0.18; Pro 1,000: R$ 0.15; Pro 5,000: R$ 0.12; Corporate: negotiated, from R$ 0.08) on the next renewal invoice. To turn it off, contact support.
• The free plan has no overage: when the allowance runs out, the API answers 402 (CREDITS_EXHAUSTED) until the cycle renews or you subscribe to a paid plan.
• Fair pricing: you only pay for what returns a result. Errors (4xx and 5xx), documents not found and requests blocked by a limit cost nothing. In the dossier, if any source is unavailable (UNAVAILABLE), the whole dossier fails and no credit is debited. Sources with nothing to query (NOT_APPLICABLE) do not prevent completion, and a completed dossier costs 100 credits.
• We email you, and call your webhook if you set one, when usage reaches 80% and 95% of the allowance.
