BrazID is a CPF lookup API for product, risk and onboarding teams that need to confirm a person’s details in a single call, with a fast and predictable response.
What we do
We return a CPF’s name, birth date and registration status through a simple REST API, authenticated with an API key.
We check the check digit before any lookup and cache the result for 30 days, which keeps responses fast and your costs low.
How we work
- You only pay when there’s a match
- Only a lookup with a result (HTTP 200) uses a credit. Invalid or unknown CPFs and failures on our side never reach your bill.
- Predictable pricing
- Monthly plans with an included lookup allowance and an overage rate stated upfront, with no hidden fees.

- Every failure comes with an HTTP code and a message that explains what happened and what to do next.
- Stability first
- A circuit breaker protects your integration when the official source is unstable: you get a 503 and keep your credits.
Privacy and LGPD
All traffic uses TLS. API keys are stored only as hashes, and only our runtime environment can reach production credentials.
CPFs are masked in lookup records (123.***.***-00), and we never write the full number to open logs.
